A great example is the flooring in the quick move-in homes. The vinyl plank flooring is the kind of material many buyers actively want because it holds up well to kids, pets, and everyday wear. That may not sound glamorous, but it is exactly the sort of thing people appreciate six months after move-in.

The kitchens also avoid unnecessary gimmicks. Large islands, good storage, gas cooking in some plans, built in microwave and oven combinations in certain homes, corner pantries, and a layout that supports real life. Even the included refrigerator is a meaningful plus because that is not always standard with new construction.

Inside the Clear Creek Model Home

The model home in Clear Creek is the largest and most polished version of what this community can offer, and it gives us a good read on the builder’s style.

This particular model was a two story, roughly 2,595 square foot home with five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a two car garage, and a game room. The first floor had a very open living, kitchen, and dining area, plus a spacious primary suite. Upstairs, there were several secondary bedrooms and shared bathrooms, including a Jack and Jill setup.

A few details stood out:

  • Open main living area that connects the kitchen, dining, and family room cleanly.
  • Large primary bedroom with room to comfortably handle a king bed.
  • Double vanities and taller countertops that feel more comfortable for taller homeowners.
  • Walk in shower and a separate enclosed toilet room for privacy.
  • Covered patio and usable backyard space.
  • Optional flex room downstairs that could serve as a den or even an extra bedroom depending on the plan.

There is one very important caveat with the model. It had about $86,000 in upgrades. So while it is useful for understanding the builder’s design direction, it is not the best example of what a buyer gets at the base price.   • Smaller upstairs loft area that is not a full game room but still works for a TV setup or kids’ hangout zone.
  • Gas hookup outside for a grill.

What we really liked about this home was that it did not try to be fancy. It was clean, useful, and well laid out. If you need four bedrooms and do not want to blow up your budget, this is exactly the kind of plan worth looking at.

The 1668 Plan in Clear Creek

The second quick move-in home was the 1668 plan, a two story layout with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a two car garage.

This one had a slightly different personality. The downstairs felt especially flexible because the living and dining arrangement could be configured in more than one way. Depending on furniture placement, we could see someone creating a larger dining zone, a breakfast setup, or a more spread out living area.

The pantry here was one of the bigger surprises. For a home of this size, it was excellent. That is one of those details that can make a kitchen much more enjoyable to use every day.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms and both full baths were grouped together. There was no game room, so the layout stays more compact and efficient. The primary suite had windows on two walls, which adds a lot more natural light than most people realize. The bath used a straightforward double vanity and walk in shower layout.

This plan is likely one of the best fits for buyers who want new construction but do not need a huge amount of square footage. For many households, this is enough house without paying for space they will rarely use.

The third quick move-in home was the 1450 plan, a one story home with three bedrooms and two baths.

  • Larger covered patio area than the smaller two story plan showed.

The secondary bedrooms are not huge, and the pantry is the smallest of the homes shown, but that all tracks with the square footage. Nothing feels out of proportion. It is a compact house that still functions well.

But the quick move-in homes are the real story:
